For LaserMen fiber laser cutting machine with JPT laser source, how to control the cooling temperature?
Most fiber laser machines use water cooling systems. LaserMen fiber cutting machines equipped with JPT lasers source are usually water-cooled.
The laser source uses water as the cooling medium, so the operating temperature of the laser needs to be above 10 degrees Celsius. If in winter, the ambient temperature may be lower than 5 degrees Celsius, taking anti-freezing measures will greatly help the laser to avoid damage.
Suggestions for setting the temperature of the water chiller:
In summer, the temperature of chilled water: 26-28 degrees Celsius, normal temperature water: 28-30 degrees Celsius
In winter, chilled water: 24-26 degrees Celsius, normal temperature water: 26-28 degrees Celsius.
The water cooling system is an important factor in whether the machine can be normal, so the water cooling device should be checked regularly to ensure that the machine is working properly.
