Operation Process of Fiber Laser Cutting Machine
Preparation before using the fiber laser cutting machine
1.Check whether the power supply voltage is matched with the machine's rated voltage. 
2. Check whether there are foreign matter residues on the machine table.
3. Check whether the water chiller and water temperature are normal.
4. Check the assist gas condition.
 
The working steps of fiber laser cutting machine
1. Put the processing material on the working table and fix it.
2. Adjust the cutting parameters according to the processing material and its thickness. 
3. Select the right lens and nozzle, and make sure they are clean and intact.
4. Adjust the cutting head to a suitable focus position according to the cutting thickness and cutting requirements.
5. Choose the suitable assist gas. 
6. Do the cutting test. Check the cutting effect: verticality, roughness, burrs  etc.
7. Analyze the effect of cutting test and adjust the cutting parameters to make the cutting samples reach the required standard.
8. Import the programmed drawing of the workpiece and the typeset whole-board cutting diagram into the control software.
9. Adjust the focal length of the fiber laser cutting machine, prepare the assist gas to start cutting.
10. Check the effect of the cutting workpiece, and adjust the parameters in time if there is any problem, please adjust the parameters until the effect meets the process requirements.
 
PS: Precautions of the fiber laser cutting machine
1. Do not the cutting head or cutting material when the fiber laser cutting machine is working to avoid burns
2. During the working process of the machine, the operator is required to be present. If there is an emergency, please press the emergency stop button immediately.
3. The operator needs to be aware of the switch of the equipment, and can turn off the switch in time in case of emergency.
