How to protect our laser source from freezing?
The laser source is one of the important parts of LaserMen laser machine. If the laser source can't work, the whole laser machine will not work. So what protective measures should we take to protect our laser source from freezing in the cold winter to ensure that our laser cutting machines can work stably and normally?
1. In the case of stable electricity consumption, keep the water chiller turned on at night to ensure that the cooling system is in a continuous circulation state and the temperature is not lower than the freezing point.
2. In the case of unstable electricity consumption, after laser machine processing during the day, empty the cooling water of the laser source and water chiller, then dry with the compressed air to avoid freezing damage to the laser equipment.
3. When the ambient temperature is above 5°C, ensure that the cooling water does not freeze, and turn on the water chiller to run.
4. When the ambient temperature is below 5℃, add antifreeze to prevent freezing.
5. Ensure that the working environment temperature is normal, so that the laser machine can work normally and efficiently with the laser source and water chiller.
