1. Please follow the indication labels of “This side up” and “Suggested Support Point” to install the laser tube.
2. Coolant must be full of the tube before turning on the power supply. Ensure the bubbles in the coolant circulation completely emptied before next step.
3. Connect the negative and the positive of the laser tube, the laser output side is the negative (-), the opposite side is the positive (+).There is High Voltage on the positive side; we suggest to Insulating silicone seal around the electrode side.
4. The coolant flow: the lift and flow of which are no less than 5 meter and 5000L/H. For the laser tube over 100w, it should be industrial water-cooled machine as the cooling system. Which cooling capacity over 5084 Btu / h.
5. Temperature of the coolant should between 25℃—35℃, or it will reduce the lifespan of laser tubes. Empty the coolant entirely when the temperature is lower than 5℃, otherwise the frozen water might cause serious cracks of the glass.
6. The Coolant water should be distilled or deionized water; filtered well water (tap water) or purified water can also be used.Please replace the cooling water while cooling equipment and cooling pipes inside clean at least one time with one month .
7. Lens & mirror: Make sure the lens & mirror at each side of the tube stay clean during the usage. When contaminated, they should be gently wiped by alcohol cotton (alcohol concentration≥98%) .
8. High voltage protection: It’s highly recommended to clear the dust of high voltage side (negative) monthly. Check the high-pressure side; remove the conductive, flammables around the high voltage side.
