1-1In summer, it is recommended that the water chiller's low temperature water be set to 28-29 degrees Celsius. Some laser source may report high temperature alarms. It is strictly forbidden to set the temperature below 20 degrees Celsius in summer
1-2The phenomenon of laser freezing: the red light shape is abnormal, flickering or no red light. Turn off the water chiller to stop flashing, laser flashing or no laser, take out the qbh output head, the crystal may have protruded, the protective lens may fall off, and even water leakage may occur.
Common faults and solutions
2-1 Temperature failure: mainly includes high temperature alarm, high temperature failure, low temperature failure, 101, 102, 103
Low temperature faults are common in the winter morning, generally open the water chiller in advance, so that the low temperature water reaches 20 degrees Celsius, the laser no longer reports low temperature faults.
2-2 Power failure: TE4 If the light power is abnormal, the technical engineer needs to report whether there is red light and the frequency of the failure, for further judgment.
2-3 Light failure, abnormal light: TE6 Also need the technical engineer to report whether there is red light and the frequency of the failure, for further judgment.
2-4 Interlock interface failure: May be the water chiller not being turned on or the water chiller working abnormally. Then the water chiller operation status need to be checked.
2-5 Power board failure: TE8 ACDC1 ACDC2 are abnormal, technical engineer needs feedback fault frequency, for further judgment.
